HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PBF AS OF JULY 1, 2012?
– All providers will receive PBF’s in the same manner in which you currently receive them. To make changes to the way you receive your PBF, contact our office at 800-809-7076. Options for receiving PBF’s are: Provider Portal (preferred), Email or Mail.
HOW AND WHERE ARE PBF’s PROCESSED AS OF JULY 1, 2012?
– All PBF’s will be processed at the CCC Central Office (for all 120 counties in Kentucky). The CCC processes all PBF’s received on the Provider Portal first. Once Provider Portal PBF’s are processed, the CCC Billing Department will process scanned and faxed PBF’s next. The final PBF’s to be processed will be those received by mail. The CCC encourages all providers to sign up for the Provider Portal. For more information on the Provider Portal, click here.
WHO DO I CALL WITH BILLING QUESTIONS?
– Providers can call 1-800-809-7076 with billing questions. The CCC does ask that all providers wait until the 20th of each month to call with questions. The CCC has 10 days from the receipt of each PBF to process them.
WHERE WILL CLIENTS GO FOR SERVICES?
– All clients will continue to receive services in local offices. All clients should continue to call your local office number (unless otherwise notified by the CCC office). Search local office locations and contact information. Clients can report changes online by clicking here.
