Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Family Connection Session
Join us for a free two hour session on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion for families! Family Connection sessions are a FREE, parent-led gathering designed to encourage parents/caregivers to openly talk about the challenges they are facing while raising/caring for their children. For the purpose of the Leaders in ECE: Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Collaborative Grant, we want to take this opportunity to bring families together within their community to learn more about diversity, equity and inclusion as it pertains to their child’s early childhood education program. In the Family Connection Session model, a family is defined as any adult who is providing care for a child(ren).
THESE SESSIONS WILL NOT COUNT FOR ECE-TRIS CREDIT FOR CHILD CARE PROVIDERS.
Each family attending this session will receive a FREE family engagement kit from Lakeshore Learning!
